Icalpe is evolving in a networking functioning informally and including in fact, in addition to its team and members of the association, all the partners with whom Icalpe is committed in its different activities.

Through its renewed website, Icalpe wishes to improve its associative life, and facilitate the exchanges inside the informal network surrounding it.

Any public or private legal entity, of any nationality, can be member of the association. There is a just a need to fill the membership form. Donations are accepted, subsidies also, but membership fee is free. Members must only cover their own mission costs, in case of need, to attend meetings, to which they can also participate by distance.

To become a partner of the different activities in which Icalpe is involved, and thus benefit from the informal functioning of the network, there is no need to be a member of the association. Icalpe is generally acting, indeed as provider of services or associate in activities for which it receives in return a payment or a contribution to expenses made. The entities responsible for these activities as well as those being beneficiaries participate in fact to the informal network functioning around Icalpe.
