Expert mission to the European Network for Rural Development

Implemented and managed directly by the European Commission, the European rural development aims, on the basis of experience gained through the Leader + Observatory, monitoring the implementation of the Rural Development Programme, to evaluate the results and highlight good examples of implementation.

ICALPE's team involved in the work of the network in support of the missions entrusted to Michel Dubost, as non-permanent member of the coordinating unit of the Network in Brussels.

In addition to working on the inclusion of climate change in PDRs France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and Malta, ICALPE also realized the description of the organization of national networks of rural development in these countries, and analysis of each RDP priorities for the four axes.
