Seminar on the future of the Mediterranean mountains, in conjunction with the Blue Plan

For the preparation and holding of this seminar, ICALPE conducted a review of the most advanced experiences in rural development in the Mediterranean mountains of northern and southern Mediterranean, and invited experts from several countries and regions to present Communications to the seminar, held on 1-2 April 2003 in Sophia Antipolis.

At the request of the Blue Plan, and in association with the region of Calabria, a participant in the 2003 seminar, ICALPE has prepared a proposed Mountains Mediterranean network, which finally gave birth to the OCR MEDITERRITAGE, conceived as the first stage of constitution.
