Within the frame of its European cooperation activities, Icalpe has carried out a number of projects coordination activities covering different
geographical dimensions :

♦Inter-regional cooperation projects associating partners from
different regions of Europe and even from Third-countries : technical
assistance concerned mainly the technical and financial aspects as well,

♦Transboundary cooperation projects, associating partners from
Corsica, Sardinia and Tuscany : in that case, the technical assistance
concerned mainly the technical aspects.

In these different projects, three main themes are dominant, for research
and action :

1.  local development and sustainable tourism,

2.  agriculture, forest, land and natural resources management,

3.  research and development on environmental issues.
