VALORIZATION OF LOCAL PRODUCTS

The sub-project « Typical Products » aims at defining a specification model and the valorization of typical local products of the Mediterranean mountain territories. The objective of the participants is to explore and exchange on the possibilities of developing new approaches allowing the combination of the valorization of the products and that of their territory. In parallel, each participant develops a local project able to overcome the delays and gaps in the local networking of its own typical local product valorization specifications and of their territories.
