In the framework of the Ruraland project, ICALPE went with ODARC to Sicily to explore the possibilities of transfer of the good practice "agrometeorological information system of Sicily". The transfer and adaptation in Corsica of this system would likely to meet the development needs of various existing services, including those managed by the Chamber of Agriculture of Upper Corsica.

The study visit took place from 15 to 19 November 2010 and aimed at first learning about the good practice, to get answers to specific questions and finally have enough information in order to evaluate the desirability of going on  cooperation to transfer this good practice.
